AristaAir- Central City Townhouse

have been staying at Arista once a year for about 5years (under different name) always satisfied with the premises

Great location. Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed.

Everything about the house was great and could not fault the accommodation.

The spa pool wasnt that great as the set temperature at 35 degrees was not hot enough for a spa pool. We were unable to turn up the temperature and were looking forward to each night having a spa but was disappointed that we didnt. Not all of the jets in the spa worked either, only a few worked. We had specifically booked this as it had a spa pool.

Perfect house for 8 people, lots of space so we all felt comfortable. Good size kitchen and the spa pool was an added bonus. Very clean & well presented. Excellent, quiet location.

Parking not ideal if you have a large vehicle, but that's just a minor issue.

On day one we had no hot water, however the property manager was quick to sort the problem. There was also an issue with the hot tub.Again the property manager was quick to rectify the issue however the jets never properly worked

Close to everything. Good size kitchen (with basics) and comfortable living space with functioning spa. Cars were safe on the road and one in the garage with internal access. Upstairs has ensuite and full bathroom downstairs. Rubbish bins easily accessible in the garage so didn't have to walk outside for recycling. Quiet townhouses. Safe street. Lots of seating to cater for 7 wāhine. Served us well for the weekend.

Lots of advertising, pamphlets etc. Dishwasher broke down unfortunately with full load of dishes. I wish the place provided more kitchen basics, it felt sparse.

We loved the spa pool and really appreciated the location. It was a very comfortable stay and we will certainly recommend it to others.

It all seemed fine to us. Thankyou for a lovely weekend.

The house was very roomy and for a group of friends travelling together it was perfect. We had enough beds and enough bathrooms. Having access to the kitchen and lounge was fabulous but even better than that was the lockable garage and laundry facilities. The hosts were great with communication - we knew what we needed to when we needed it. The only downside I would say is that the code for the lockbox with the keys comes in an hour before you can check in and as we were coming from overseas and didn't have perfect access to all our internet it was pure luck that we got the code when we needed it. Only an issue if your mobile roaming plan is not comprehensive.

Some areas of the house could do with little updates but the place was spotlessly clean so it wasn't a big issue.
