Riad Melilo avec piscine chauffée

It is a beautiful Riad. The decor was very tastefully done. Every corner had something beautiful and appropriate. The best part was the inground heated pool. Our grandchildren had a blast. Another worth mentioning feature is the breakfast. Hanane custom made our breakfast and made us feel very special! Leila, the owner was always available to answer any questions we had and was extremely helpful.

The location was a bit busy and access to the Riad was not easy.

Hassan met us in person, he was very warm and welcoming. He also came to fix our issues in the middle of the night, which is very assuring. The communication was very smooth (albeit in different languages) and the hosts were responsive. The riad is well located with walking distance to everything in the old town. Pool is warm.

There wasn't a key box available outside the riad. We had to meet in person and manually handover the keys. When new guests arrive, we have to have someone in the room to open doors too. The shower heads in one of the bathrooms has small streams of water coming out from both heads. One of the hair dryer functions only half of the time.

The property was beautiful. Air con in every room, clean pool, bathroom in every room, comfy sofas, easy to use appliances and just overall amazing. The staff were hospitable and very friendly.

1 of the mattress was uncomfortable and the toilets/shower had a funny smell.

The host and the owner were super helpful and were tending to all our needs. They gave us a quick guide around the city and arranged airport transfer on request. The pool was warm even during the colder months and the place was in pristine condition. There were bathrooms in every room and a kitchen packed with everything you need. The host connected us to a local guide who set up a private tour of Ourzazate and Ait Ben Haddou. Definitely recommend this place and the location is within 15min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The host even helped us organise a birthday party for one of our group and delivered a professionally made cake.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The host was professional and communicative.
