location was perfect for the rugby. Communication was brilliant and easy to get into property.

The property was in a great location. The keys were easy to retrieve and the owners were on hand over text message at all hours to resolve our concerns. Once the heating was on, the property reserved the heat well. They allowed us to have late check out as required. The main bed was comfortable.

When we arrived, the toilet was leaking from underneath. A handyman came out and said this was due to us not ventilating the bathroom after showering, even though we hadn’t even showered yet and it was leaking. The oven didn’t work so we couldn’t make dinner for a long time. They did come and replace it but it was still an inconvenience that this was not checked prior to us arriving. When we arrived, all the electrics were turned off at the fuse box. Luckily my uncle knew how to turn them on, it seemed as though the property had not been checked prior to our arrival. The quilts all had marks and lipstick stains on so we had to provide our own. Nowadays, TVs in properties like this should all be smart TVs to allow for watching Netflix or YouTube. My family don’t speak a word of English so they just had to sit there with not a lot to do. The property smelled strongly of marijuana from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff/host was very responsive to requests and helpful. Very spacious and great value for money.

Slight traffic noise but it didn't bother me too much. Didn't hear it too bad in living room/kitchen.

Good host, easy to communicate with! Bedroom was large and comfy. Speedy wifi. looks exactly like the picture shows
