Very quiet, plenty of parking had everything you could need and more, owner replied to messages quick gave her number and told us about everything around the area and was very helpful

Charles welcomed us. There was almost everything we needed for our 12 days. Easy to ask for extra towels, toilets rolls, etc. if needed. Rachel was very obliging. Everything, including appliances, heating, TV(with Netflix) etc, looked new or almost. Compact, very clean and comfortable. Suggested a few small changes/additions to make the apartment perfect. Excellent parking in front of 2 steps up to the door and beside the outdoor, private, secluded lounging area. Pub & Indian restaurants closeby. Beautiful Lincoln, interesting towns and villages within 10-30 miles.

Bed a little too hard for our aged backs but a good size. Wider quilt would be better. Shower room needs shelving for convenience. Detailed instructions needed to operate shower efficiently. Rugs - trip hazard for us

This little place had everything I needed. A very comfy bed, a lovely little sitting room, bathroom and kitchen with all the amenities. Lovely location with a variety of things to do for all. The hosts were fantastic. Outside to the left of the property there was a lovely exclusive garden area. I would definitely recommend this little gem to my friends. I will be back

"A perfect four night stay"

The cottage was perfect and everything you needed for a four night stay. The location is ideal for walking on the Trent and exploring the local picturesque villages. We fully enjoyed our stay and plan to go back in the spring.
