the Wifi was good but the service was very poor, the person who answered the phone was very rude and the lady who assisted was wearing pyjamas, there was no hot water,no flat sheet, the other room had water running down and under the bed when you bath, there were no mats in the rooms, i would not recommend it to anyone. it also does not qualify to be on booking.com

how do u use plastic chairs for clients, the bar of soap was dirty on both rooms

no breakfast, booked rooms but the staff gave it away had to choose other rooms.

The staff did not even indicate what is covered on my booking (Breakfast or not), no assurance of the safety of my vehicle. The television from the common space was noisy. The property was not clean from the outside, it scared me due to its physical appearance.

The place as not clean. Looks like the owner has no care to invest a little further to better the place. The blanket provided was very cheap and it was torn. The mattress was not comfortable. Bathroom, there was no soap holder in the shower, Built in Cupboard, and there were no hangers to hang my clothes.

We didn't sleep, when we arrived we were told the place is fully booked

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist lady

The facility did not reserve the room I booked. I was so disappointed

Rooms were clean and the kitchen was big enough for the guests.

The fact that there were no doors to the toilets but only a curtain so that was a turn off,and there were no bar fridges and some snacks in the rooms,so we had to use the main fridge in the kitchen.

Nothing. The location is not good for night driving in South Africa, espevially if you are going to arrive late at night. The property itself not well kept, no attention to detail (two windows in oe room with two different curtains), no aircon etc.
