Waterloo Located New Modern Style

Proximity to our workshop venue. Relaxed comfortable style with modernfeatures.

We needed more towels. The beds were firm which suited myself but not my colleagues.

Comfortable beds close to the shops. Dish washer and washing machine n dryer

There was only 1 wok no other cooking pots or mixing bowls and drinking glasses ( we like to cook) and toilets had half roll of toilet paper and no spares..we had to go to supermarket to buy more.

New property

No parking No TV No enough beds I booked for five people but they gave us two single beds and one double bed. We had problem sleeping that night.

Pluses: good location, close to Waterloo shops and public transport to Wellington. Clean and tidy. Good to have bathrooms for each bedroom, plenty of spare toilet paper. Great to have supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher. Washer dryer was a big plus. Comfy beds, had some good nights sleep in spite of lack of adequate linen. Electronic lock made it easy for the four of us to come and go independently.

Suggestions for improvement (things not available) Drinking glasses were not available, some wine glasses, some ceramic mugs and four glass coffee mugs (which matched the French coffee press that was on the table). More complete range of cookware (was only one wok for cooking, no grater, no pans). Mattress and pillow protectors were missing, Proper duvet covers required (one bed had two top sheets to cover the duvet and no duvet cover at all). More non-perishable food items (salt, pepper, sugar), in addition to the tea and coffee provided. Limited seating in the lounge and no TV. On street parking was time limited which could be an issue. Also after leaving, we were told there were two coffee mugs missing/broken with request for payment to replace. We left all the crockery as we found it and were surprised to receive such a notice. After we rebuted the notice there no reply to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.

We were not sent the code to the door, called and the owner/manager was prompt to answer. When we got inside, the unit had not been cleaned and ready for us. This was disappointing, hence a $50 refund. No TV, this was not listed on the features but is usually an expectation at accommodation. Not milk of sugar to go with the tea or coffee.

Spacious, privacy separate areas on different levels with own bathroom. Close to supermarket and cbd. Modern decor comfortable and warm. Like the pillows so had a good sleep. Liked the no fuss entry ti access unut usig hand recognition, cool. .

Great fir pirpose intended si no negatives here.
