The location is great. We could walk down to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. The property was spotless, I am talking not a mark on anything. It was also very well equipped with things that make a stay very comfortable. A throw on the lounge, another on the bed, a heated towel rail, tea, coffee, oil, pepper and salt - all the little things.
Nothing not to like.

"It was an satisfying, convenient, enjoyable and a satisfying stay, and no doubt I’d return every time I visit Auckland."

Everything about the properly was to my liking, and made my stay felt like home.
If at all if I am to say anything to improve it would be the pillows on the bed 😊. Would have loved to have a few soft pillows. Those that were available were a bit too hard for a good night’s sleep 😊.

We were put into a room that wasn’t made up. No clean towels, beds slept in by someone else, and dirty dishes. We got moved to another room which was also not cleaned. They expected us to stay. Finally after 3 hours on the phone between the two of us, we were able to get into a clean apartment.

Quiet, secure and convenient. Had all the necessary amenities. Bed was really comfortable and clean. 5 minute walk to Sylvia Park made finding a meal at the ed of the day easy. Will definitely stay again!
