The hotel architecture is beautiful and the interior design of the rooms too. I appreciated the receptionist, the great breakfast, room service, and the personal assistant.

Everything was wonderful. There was a wedding in the pool area but they were very polite

It was great, however they could clean better in some areas of the room !

The lack of prayer room In the lobby, if they expect international visitors to stay, it would be important to include everyone.

Room is comfortable and clean Housekeeping staff was very helpful

Service was bad - They don’t help with baggage; you need to ask multiple times for assistance. When you arrive from the car, no one is there to help with your luggage. Even when you check out, you won’t receive any assistance; we have to carry it ourselves. Staff were generally too busy to help out Complimentary breakfast - Staff will not seat you but will make you change tables once you get settled. All the options are vegetarian, except for the omelette station. You will hear music if your room is facing the Blossom Terrace Garden, but it stops at 10 PM. We paid extra to get a late checkout till 3pm but were locked out after 12.
