Very good location close to the center, quiet neighborhood and modern well equipped apartment.

Everything was just as you would expect it from the word “Deluxe”. The location is perfect. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is renovated and good equipped, with everything you need.

100% recommended, especially for families with baby/ small child. We loved that the house is in the city centre and is on the ground floor, so we could enter with our 15-month old sleeping in the stroller. Most of the rental apartments in the area has stairs and that'd be a hassle for us, having to carry the stroller upstairs each time. The owner also bought and prepared a baby bed for us, that was amazing. The apartment is freshly renovated and very comfortable to stay in, we even used the washing machine and then let the laundry dry up in the fresh air. The owner is really sweet, responds promptly to messages and even let us check in a little earlier. If we return to Split in the future, we'll definitely stay here again.

The apartment was newly renovated and very comfortable. All appliances worked great and the kitchen was set up well for people who want to cook and or eat meals in the apartment. I also was happy that there is a small washer for clothing. Being located close to old town of Split was very helpful as well. Our host, Stipe, was very helpful with our questions and needs. The host’s photos are accurate.

The location, the outside space overlooking a lovely church, a modern and practical and well equipped apartment. Easy communication with owner and easy check in.

We loved the property, just a couple of recommendations: Spotlights should be warm light instead of white (in the bedroom). A fan inside the bedroom would also be very useful.
