The area has an amazing view and access to the beach.

This is the second time we were at the property, the first time is through my friend’s wedding and we rented the whole place for all the guests to stay in, it was okay during that time and maybe because the whole place was rented how ever there were already misses in the customer service. The recent stay prove to be really poor, the room is not safely locked. The room where we are in though it has an amazing view of the ocean but the door that opens up to the balcony cannot be locked and anybody one can just easily acces it. We thought that they have fixed the lock so we can be more at peace when we leave but until now from last year, it is still the same. The amenities are just old and needs updating. And wanting to raise the attitude of teh service staff and the daughter of the owner who scolds the staff in front of the guests even when the staff is just trying to help and let the guest understand since we were just asking for an ice to be placed in the pitcher of water they gave after we had our breakfast instead we heard her say “sige panghatag mo ug ice kay duklon tamo!” We knew that ice was scarce during that time but she should not be saying that since they should still provide that. Not to mention that they still ask us to pay even if we already paid for the extra charges we had for the room charges for the extra breakfast we ordered only to say that it’s not for us but in the other room but the staff or cashier didn’t even say sorry. 😞really bad.
