まずロケーションの良さが上がります。 ホテル入り口がアーケード側にある為天候不良時の出入りにも難がありません。 また、市電の電停、バス停、JR駅が近くなので移動手段に事欠きません。 Wifiの接続も良好。 全部屋がそうなのか解りませんが使用した部屋のモニターはかなり巨大でした。

ある意味利点と被るんですが部屋のモニターの大きさです。 少々大きすぎるかと・・・
