Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancelation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Exceptional"

Very spacious. A bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. Large lounge with comfortable seating. Quiet.

Not really any outside space except a small verandah

"Superb"

Lovely house, comfortable, clean, fresh and spacious. Enjoyed our family stay and the location is convenient also. I will be staying there again. Team was very helpful and friendly as well so thank you :)

The property was spacious and contained everything we needed, such as a well equipped kitchen, lots of plates, dishes, cups, cutlery, etc., a lovely large Smart TV, plenty of toilets & bathrooms, quick supply of hot water, super showers with plenty of oomph! The beds were extremely comfortable, too.

Only a few little things, nothing major.... a mirror and a clock in the lounge would have been useful. (One of the bedrooms was without a mirror, too.) The kitchen clock was not running, and a couple of the toilet seats were not tightly screwed in placed, so the seats wobbled around. (The toilets are of the enclosed type, so unfortunately I was not able to access the nuts to tighten them up myself.)

Good bedrooms. Good beds. Spacious. House very clean and beautiful

The hot water was confusing. Thankfully we got a neighbour next door helped otherwise we wouldn’t know how to reset it Needed like a broom to clean the kitchen floor The hoover wasn’t really good Needed a fan or two in there. Very hot in there
