There was no hot water in the appartment . We highllighted to the owner after the firet night when we realized, but kept sending liike a chatboot the same messaging they try to find a repairman , and no one came there and fix it during our 3 nights stay. It’s january and it’s more than an inconvenience having cold water showers every day. Thus is not a service, that we paid for.
