Nothing booked room around 8pm he was replying after paid 80 pound he didn't give code had to get another hotel near midnight no refund no correspondence hes getting windows put through

Dirty toilets seems like they havent been cleaned for a decade .the room ddnt even have a proper bin bag ...dirty electric judge ,dirty cups the room was so dusty .....on top of the money i paid they made me pay another £20 sayin its refunded after 7 days and till today nothing .....that place should be reversed by authorities first before being advertised online ...its urtully disgusting ...
