The host cancelled my booking even after I checked in. Said the apartment was booked already; but the keys were at the reception. Tried to give me a more expensive apartment. Hours before she sent me all check in details; apartment number and wifi login details. How come the apartment was booked before? I think she just wanted to extort me more money. Had to look to another property in the middle of the rain. Booking.com should ban this type of properties from the platform.
NAThe location is centralized and close to malls, a hospital and easily accessible. The host is kind, very responsive and flexible.
