The main issue was the lack of clear information regarding accessibility. The property has many stairs leading up to the second/third floor, and in addition there are even more stairs inside the apartment itself. This information should be clearly disclosed for guests with mobility limitations. As I have mobility difficulties, I called in advance to request assistance with my luggage. Unfortunately, nobody was available to help me, which made my arrival quite difficult. Furthermore, since I did not spend any nights at this property, I requested a refund. I spoke with several people, but nobody was helpful or showed any willingness to find a solution. My request was simply denied.

GBGood layout for 2 couples.
Showers went hot and cold. No window in one of the bedrooms, not enough comfy chairs in lounge area for 4 people. Horrible smell in wardrobe. Would have like a more central location.

I booked 2 night, immediately when I went in the room there was a bad smell. In the evening there were waves of strong sewage smell that kept me up, it was impossible to stay there. The next day in the morning I contacted the manager, they said they will send someone and they haven't sent anyone and ignored my request to switch to a different unit. It was impossible to ventilate because there was only one air direction for the windows. I left the place with all my stuff because I didn't want it to catch the stench. The place was uninhabitable , I asked for a refund and still didn't get an answer for it. I think it was an AI agent talking to me.

PTA localização é muito boa está perto da Rua St.ª Catarina e mesmo em frente ao metro. O apartamento estava limpo e bem cuidado com tudo o que era necessário. Apesar de estar no centro é uma zona calma pelo que dá para descansar à noite. Sem dúvida que se tiver que voltar ao Porto será um alojamento que irei ver logo a disponibilidade. Relativamente ainda ao atendimento gostei muito pois tive um problema com o código do apartamento mas liguei para o contacto do check in online e atenderam me logo resolvendo me o problema também na hora.
Gostei de tudo, nada de negativo a apontar.
