It was clean and well located. Property needs some maintenance and air conditioning was really needed.

Five flights of stairs that really needed a clean.

The flat is centrally located. It is close to a metro stop and tram stop so it’s easy to move around Lisbon. Lots of bars and places to eat. The staff is responsive via WhatsApp. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean.

Since it’s centrally located, it can be quite noisy in the evenings, especially weekend nights. There were cockroaches and ants. The staff sent someone to apply a treatment to the flat to address the issue. Some of the fixtures looked hastily repaired.

Last stop of the mode beautiful t’en Line, great to take this tram in the morning! Plenty of cool bars and restaurants around, close to all sightseeing places

Location is good and the beds are comfortable

The biggest problem was the constant smell of urine in the living room, we couldn't tell if it was coming from inside or outside the house, which meant we spent all our time in our rooms and never went to the communal areas. There were also minor problems: The bathroom door doesn't work (in a bad way, because if you close it from the inside, someone from the outside has to open it for you), the plates were dirty when we arrived and they don't even provide the basic things for cooking (salt, oil, etc.).

Apartment was in the perfect location. The whole city was very accessible from where we were staying. The flat was very clean and did the job perfectly. Beds were comfy.

Extra pillows would have been nice.

The location is great although it is in busy area and is loud at night. But overall we loved the location. The space was very comfortable for our family of 5 with the comfortable living room and large table. There was sitting space for everyone.

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows on some of the beds were very thin and uncomfortable. There weren’t any extras and in general the apartment was not well stocked. We received on one dishwasher soap tablet for a four night stay. There was issues with a large leak on the ceiling when it rained and there were no extra towels or any acknowledgement of this large leak that was obviously not something new.

Perfect location for Lisbon stroll. Although in business touristic and night life street, apartment was very quiet.

Apartment located on 4th floor without elevator. Broken door on bathroom.
