打掃非常不乾淨 床單很不乾淨 鏡子桌子都很多油污沒有擦乾淨 感覺很噁心 非常的可惜 而且洗澡的水龍頭不好控制 很容易從頂頭上面的大蓮蓬頭直接灑水 不想洗頭都不行

Housing equipment were not well maintained, hook falling off the toilet door. Abit worn out.

NOTHING WORTH! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only positive point is the host is friendly by trying to meet my needs as quick as possible, still it’s not worth to stay here. (host is nice, not the building and property) The view of the higher floor is nice, but definitely not worth the wait of the lift. We were on 39th floor and waited 1.5 hours to get up to our unit. Had to canceled all my plans just for the lift. The amenities floor have good facilities yet it’s not worth the wait of the lift. We were glad we didn’t swim while we were there, but we saw groups of children and elders shivering while waiting for the lift. Again, it’s more than 2 hours wait for the lift.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you’re prepared to climb flight of stairs to get to your unit and car park floors. The beds in our unit were all broken. We woke up with sore back as they were all crooked. There’s only 4 lifts to cater 42 levels, with one under maintainance at peak hour and one not working as it’s for emergency purpose only. We had 2 elders who can’t walk down the stairs so we waited lift for 2 hours every morning and every evening. Didn’t dare to go back to our unit in the middle of the day as we don’t want to spend 2 hours waiting again. There’s no one who can speak decent english or even Bahasa at the front desk, except for them telling us not to block the driveway 🫥🙄 The lobby air cons is not working, hence made every one frustrated while waiting 2 hours for the lift. You will be checking in with a guard, who knows nothing about your stay and needs. The lockbox is only for slim people but still tolerable.

good location. very near georgetown and the jelutong market where there is lots of nice food. for this unit, the car park was on the lowest floor so it was very convenient... others have to spiral all the way up to the 10th floor to park their cars
