Wow very beautiful, calm space in Santa Ana. Balcony, good wifi, accessible kitchen, BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, the owners are two very kind sisters ❤️ all the staff are so lovely. Very clean and comfy. The road for the bus passing by the volcano is just two blocks away so we were able to have breakfast first then meet the bus at 7:45!

The location and convenience. Plus the family is very friendly. Most things are walking distance. And the beaches and mountains are a short drive.

The water in the sink was not flowing enough.

I could leave my bag here whilst on the mountain, and they have filtered water

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I really didn’t like my stay here. First, it’s located just next to the market so not the nicest place to walk through especially at night when deserted. Second, there was aircon in the room but you need to pay extra to use it. Check-in at 3pm, my room was ready but they would only let me in if I paid extra (again). Kitchen really unclean and barely has utensils. Room was falling apart (curtains and even windows didn’t close properly).

Despite the cost, got the room with AC As it was hot in La Union. Made for a good sleep before the boat ride to Nica. While the location is good, sundays the market closes early and few places are open.

WiFi very spotty in our room. There was a TV but not hooked up or maybe just because of the spotty the internet problem. Not a big deal but have not had a TV so thought we’d y check out some Spanish speaking TV. Kitchen disorganized wand not well equipped.

Location ok, liked the fridge you can use to keep your water cool.

On arrival, they were not very friendly and asked me 3times for the cash for the night.. whilst I was putting my bag down. The room was incredibly hot. So uncomfortable. There was no bedsheet, after i asked it arrived. And the chemical scent spray that is automatically spraying is horrible.

Was surprised at how nice it was for the price, room was small but clean with a private bathroom. A good location and was very quiet at night.

We weren’t allowed to store our bicycles in our room but they were safe in the courtyard.

The family was very kind.

They double charged me. I thought I paid ahead of time and she assured me I didn’t and charged me again, but turns out I was charged twice. The bed was rock solid and the aircon wasn’t adjustable so we were freezing the entire night with only a sheet. Probably would not stay again.
