Private apartment near the centre

Insulation was terrible, we felt like our neighbours were inside of our room. But the neighbourhood was safe, close to a bus stop that goes straight to the center. Building looked a bit sketchy but everything was fine. We didn’t run into anyone in the building.

The room was advertised as apartment. An apartment has usually a kitchen facility. Without kitchen it wouldn't count as an apartment, but solely a room. The warm water in the shower is too weak. It is impossible to take a shower within minutes. The underfloor heating wasn't switched on during arrival. Several hours the room was cold. The heating system was also switched off on the last day.

Hello Booking.com, my rating is bad. This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever rented. The accommodation was very dirty, from the floor to the sanitary facilities. There were small animals living on the floor, I suspect ants. Sometimes they wandered through the bathroom or room individually, sometimes in columns. There were no rubbish bags, I had to buy them myself. The toilet paper was almost used up when I moved into the room, but after complaining the next day I was given a single roll of toilet paper. There was also no detergent, I had to buy that myself. The only sink was clogged and the water barely drained, the landlady was unable to fix the problem over the weekend. There was always a man scurrying around in the stairwell, which didn't make me feel safe. The mouldings on the floor/wall were coming loose, the plaster was crumbling, there were dead insects on the wall, the hooks in the bathroom were either broken, falling off the wall or missing. There was no hairdryer, no soap and the towels and linen smelt musty. The kitchenette promised in the description consisted of two dirty cups and glasses and a dirty kettle. It was impossible to prepare anything there. The only cupboard in this room was locked with a padlock. My enquiry as to whether the landlady could give me the combination remained unanswered. The impression of the room from the booking advert did not match the facts in any way. This offer does not get a star from me.

The host was really welcoming and helpful. The location is good

the apartment didn’t meet my expectations there is no escalator so with the luggage it was really hard to get to the fourth floor . The apartment itself was clean but there is no hand soap , shower gel ..etc , so as I tourist I do expect to find the apartment have the basics.

Nothing bad about the property, stay was good if you just want to spend the night.

Only problem I had was the head because the apartment warmed up during the day and it was hot all night. Other than that it was perfect.
