Danielle 626 House Ano Syros

Ich habe bisher viele Unterkünfte besucht und kann mit einem guten Gewissen sagen dass diese Unterkunft einer der besten war. Den Stil und die Aufteilung der Räume muss man mögen, was aber unser Fall ist. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer. Unsere Gastgeberin war vom ersten Tag an für uns da, hat uns auch Tipps über die Reise- und essensmöglichkeiten auf der Insel gegeben. Wir sind maximal zufrieden :)

The house was very pretty, it had a vintage style. Super clean and in the heart of Ano Syros. The hosts were very kind.

The location was great! Just one street below the famous street in Syro Ano. You're practically right in the middle of things, yet it's very quiet and relaxed. You have a great view of the other mountain and the sea. The vibe of the accommodation fits very well with Ano Syro.

It didn't necessarily suit our vibe, but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not clean. We found countless hairs on the bed and sheets. The bathroom was quite artistic, but unfortunately it wasn't very hygienic and you flood everything when you take a shower. On the last evening, we also had a big cockroach in the bathroom.

Very pretty vintage feel property with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the hot water and air con are incredibly powerful and modern. The walk into town is easy as it’s all down hill but best to check the bus schedule going back up before you arrive as there are no signs on the stops. There is a free mini bus once an hour from the port area in town and the schedule changes and is not accurate online. It’s quite a difficult walk up several hundred steps if you miss it !

The bed is boxed into a cupboard which was fine to a point but a bit uncomfortable for a few nights stay. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny but the hot water was powerful and the kitchen did have everything you need. My only criticism from the listing is there really isn’t a balcony or any real outdoor space, it’s just a wall outside the front door. It’s not a problem but it wasn’t what I expected. There are clubs above the house open until around 1:30 so expect some music until then. It didn’t bother us as we were still awake.

Ήταν σε ήσυχη περιοχή με παραδοσιακό στυλ και θέα στην Ερμούπολη. Παρόλο που ήταν δίπλα στα μαγαζιά δεν ακουγοταν καθόλου φασαρία !

Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και άβολο και η βρύση έτρεχε ελάχιστα νερό και έκανε αρκετό θόρυβο κάθε φορά που τη χρησιμοποιούσαμε (όσο μπορούσαμε φυσικά ). Η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος ήταν μέτρια διότι βρήκαμε μπάλες από τρίχες από προηγούμενους, σκόνη σε έπιπλα. Επίσης υπήρχαν ξέμπαρκα κίτρινα καλώδια για διάφορες λάμπες που το ένα φωτιστικό είχε και καμένες. Στο κυριως φωτιστικό από πάνω ήταν βγαλμένη και έτοιμη να πέσει η μία γυάλινη υποδοχή της λάμπας.

Me and my friends had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The decor was incredibly artsy and beautiful, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The view from the property was stunning, adding to the overall charm. We were well taken care of with thoughtful amenities, including shampoos, soaps, and plenty of fresh towels. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

One minor downside was the number of stairs we had to go up and down to get to certain places, but it was worth it for the incredible experience and of course the incredible view.

The house was amazing! Very comfy, well equipped and clean with an attention to detail. It was decorated amazingly and its location was near bars and the “main road” of Ano Syros making it easily accessible for night strolls. Thank you for this unique stay!

I would not recommend the house for a three adults stay due to the bed sofa not being very comfortable for a holiday stay.
