Amazing View Apartment in Tbilisi

Квартира находится в прекрасном месте для пеших прогулок , из окна открывается отличный вид, рядом есть продуктовые магазины, метро и рестораны

Во время заезда нам показалось, что квартира не достаточно хорошо убрана . Хозяин был на связи и тут же пригласил в квартиру клининг - сервис , произвести повторную уборку .

Вид из окна - лучший из всех, что был у нас в Тбилиси. Действительно amazing view! Полноценная трехкомнатная квартира в Авлабари, недалеко от метро, рядом остановка всех автобусов. Легкое самостоятельное заселение и такой же выезд. Отличные матрасы, мебели немного, ощущение простора, но всё необходимое есть. Так же и с кухней: всё, что нужно путешественнику на небольшой срок. Хороший холодильник, микроволновка, чайник. Постельное белье, полотенца - всего в достатке. Интернет устойчивый, быстрый. Важно: хозяин всегда на связи! Отдельное спасибо ему за то, что оставил нам батареи на всю неделю на максимуме (в Тбилиси было холодно в это время).

Лейку душа хорошо бы заменить или починить, она подтекает (это частая проблема в съемных квартирах). Не помешала бы пара самых простых кресел, но это из необязательных пожеланий.)

Замечательная квартира в прекрасной локации. Потрясающие виды из окна и балкона. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Чисто, комфортно. Соотношение цена/качество полностью соответствует!

An apartment shares a relatively new and well-maintained building with Khedi hotel. The location is good; it's just 5 minutes walk from Avlabari metro station. There are shops and restaurants there, but the centre of the city is also not far away. The apartment is well-presented and offers spectacular views of Tbilisi.

There is only one aircon in in the lounge, and for a 2-bedroom apartment it's probably not enough, especially in the hot summer months. Keeping the bedroom doors open all the time is the only option. Generally, the apartment needs a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom. The water in the toilet bowl is running, the shower leaks, towel pegs keep falling from the walls. Furthermore, it's not clear either from the instructions provided nor from looking at the main building entrance, that the best way to the entrance is actually from the back of the building. There is a small playground at the back that the local call "stadium" - that's where the taxi should drop you at or collect from. Being unaware of this, we had to carry heavy suitcases up a long staircase, the lift at the front not working.

I loved everything, from the seamless self check-in to the amazing attitude of Erik, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need for the best experience possible. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to relax with your family/ friends while enjoying a marvelous view.
