The ambience, the amenities, very clean staff very courtiouse is very nice experience

It is kind the road quiet dangerous

We loved the free dinner at the pool area on Saturday. The tuna was so perfect, and the breeze was very Christmassy. The privilege pass was also worth it, plus the nature and peace were perfect.

I hope that the management will consider allowing their staff to wear jacket especially during the cold season, especially for the staff working outside.

Sobrang outdated ng mga facilities, pricey, madumi ang pools, may mga jacuzzi pero hindi nagagamit, etc. Nagtae kami sa drinking water sa restaurant. Ang mahal ng food para sa serving at sa quality. Yung pa-free dinner na tuna, hindi manguya sa tigas. Wala sanang problema ung price ng accommodation (total of 18K for two nights) kung hindi sana ganito ang experience. May potential ang place pero mukhang napabayaan ng staff and management. Sana nag-Pico de Loro na lang kami ulit, nasulit pa sana. Yung pools, madudumi din. Yung free towel na pino provide, ang baho, mukhang di nalabhan ng maayos. Yung shuttle, hindi available nung weekend na andun kami. During our 2nd day, nagrequest ako ng housekeeping to clean our room. We waited for two hours, walang dumating. The place is ran by staff na walang nagmamanage. Nagmerienda kami beside the indoor pool, kinabukasan upon checkout, nandun pa rin yung mga pinagkainan namin. 🤢

we got sick from the food in the restaurant especially the kare kare that was served to us. 4/6 occupants had diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Please look into this. We told the reception staff but they did not do anything about it.
