Friendly staff, clean, good infrastructure in walking distance.

Office closed from 7pm to 8am, but you can call them to check in. Gym has seen better days.

Kitchen provided but no kitchen utensils to use. for example, couldn't make a cup of coffee as here was no jug or kettle.

Accommodations were decent. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Large handicap accessible bathroom.

The front desk had only one attendant, dealing with multiple people and check-ins all at once.They were a bit overwhelmed. The code for the property Wifi wasn't given to me at check-in. A slight inconvenience and disappointment. I desperately needed it for my laptop and remote work assignments. It cost me some time and money. Unfortunately, I had to find a store location to buy a mobile hotspot to use for my laptop. Late at night, and at the last minute, in an area im unfamiliar with. 😔

Everything roaches and mold!!

Cockroach infested. Crawling on the walls and everything.

Cockroaches and I received a pest control treatment letter like I was at home or smtn

After multiple phone calls, I got the full refund from the property, and the manager was responsive.

It was a smell of weed smoke in the halls despite the "no smoking" signs. However, the worst part was the roaches. We had to kill a couple right upon checking into the room. Then we left to explore the city, and upon return, found many more crawling on the food on the shelves and on the suitcase. We decided to leave to avoid bringing them to our home in the suitcase. We also had to throw out all the food that wasn't stored in hermetically sealed containers.

That I had a place to lay my head for a reasonable price.

The pest, and the walls are paper thin, water in bathroom shower was cold.
