Super clean. Really nice smell of the sheets and overall in the house. Also, everything that you need in a house, is there! Super beautiful location with almost 180 degrees of ocean.

If they really want to change something, maybe the mattresses.

The hosts' warm hospitality made us to feel at home! The elegance of the house is amazing! It is super clean and comfortable. It is equipped to satisfy all needs the visitors may have. Great wine and cake upon arrival were very much appreciated!

Amazing house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms have a great ocean view), a lovely terrace, parking. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine, starting with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and ending with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Have to mention that everything was crystal clean! Porto Moniz is about 30-40 min away and Funchal ~50 min. The roads are extremely good on the island, so driving anywhere is not a problem at all. Overall, we've been happy about our decision to stay here and would definitely return. PS: Thank you very much to the owners for the lovely treats! :)

We loved the place! Rooms was clean, kitchen was fully stacked with everything we might need and the view was amazing! We would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again.

The view from the patio off the main floor is spectacular. You can watch the sunset over the Atlantic ocean while having dinner! And the whole place is very spacious, bright and recently renovated. It looks like the family that owns the house lives on the main floor when their villa is not used by guests and moves into the ground level flat while the guests are staying on the main floor. So all the rooms are kept meticulously clean and fresh, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dishes, glasses, an electric kettle, a coffeemaker, etc. We didn't bring shampoo and body wash with us expecting that they would be provided by the hosts. But there were none available in the bathroom. The first night I asked the hosts if I could borrow some soap to take a shower they gave me a bottle of body wash to use for the duration of our stay.

The microwave was a little temperamental because its touch controls often only worked after multiple attempts. Also the wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach the two bedrooms furthest from the living room. But both were very minor inconveniences compared to how good the rest of our stay was.
