The Springwater Bed and Breakfast

Possibly our best B&B experience ever! A truly exceptional room with all the creature comforts in a beautiful building with attention to every detail, and a delicious plated breakfast in the morning.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Uipon arrving to the facility we were greated by a very friendly employee who graciously walked us to our room which was in the secondary building. Gave us all the highlights and we were relaxed and excited to enjoy the weekend.

Gave us all the highlights and we were relaxed and excited to enjoy the weekend and we went upon our day That evening when we went to bed we realized we were placed over the kitchen from the restaurant below. Well the noise was loud and the hood scoop was right outside our window and the walls were vibrating. Needless to say no sleep until the kitchen was closed. When sending a message to the inn that we were NOT happy that we were NOT informed of our room being over the kitchen and if were informed would not have stayed there..we were give a very generic response and blamed us for booking thru a 3rd party. Now I owned an inn and totally understand how this all works and they were fully aware of what room we were in weeks before and could have called to say hey just so you know but nope. No here is a bottle of wine or refund a little of your money NOTHING!!!! Two nights of no sleep until the kitchen was closed.

Great staff, great breakfast, excellent comfortable and appointed rooms, great bathroom!

Our girst stay was in a room next to a main road and we had triuble sleeping due to road noise. It was a Saturday, maybe busier than normal on weekends.
