Fully equipped kitchen, all basics covered, everything in good condition

I looked for accommodation for 2 adults and a dog. I read carefully that it would accept the dog and if there would be any cost, I paid the price and in the booking it said that I would have to pay 8€ extra as tourist fee. When I got there, the owner asked me to pay 38€, 8 for the fee and 30 for the dog. He said it was on booking, but didnt show me where. I asked for a bill or receipt for this, but never gave it to me. Additionally, the main door is made of glass and fully see through and no curtains there, so everyone can see (especially the apartments on the ground floor, anyone passing can see). In our apartment the extractor wasnt installed, but there was a hole in the wall, and the noise came in the room. All the textiles (bed linen and towels) smelled of humidity.
