"Perfect stay in Breda with perfect hosts."

The apartment is wonderful, just as you see them in the photographs. A perfect place to stay in Breda. Richard was a very nice host and he even gave us the keys to the back of his restaurant to leave our luggage. Also, they left a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge as a token of hospitality. Possibly, the best private apartment we have ever been to.

As described. Lots of details and thoughtful touches. Would stay again!

The balcony could be more private. You could see though the privacy fence. Easy fix. Everything else was great.

"Very cozy and comfortable apartment with really nice hosts!"

The place was very neat and cozy. A lot of room in the living room, nice terrace as well.

The shower was getting a bit floody due to no barrier in between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, otherwise everything was great!

"Authentic apartments with spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen"

Awesome furnished apartments in Dutch style. Preserved old floor and windows. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you need. Easy to find a parking spot, which is free of charge as of 2024. And for us it was a nice walk to reach city Center in around 30 mins. Communication was clear. Key access via locker.

The second small bed room is a bit dusty / was uncomfortable to sleep in. No window, just the one in the ceiling.

There was a double booking, so the apartment was occupied when I made my reservation . The owner made all the arrangements to find a solution and arranged another place in Breda. Though I would have preferred to stay there, I am very happy how she dealt with the situation and the solution given to me. Hope next time in Breda I can stay in their apartment.
