Great location , really spacious , felt secure , very clean , nice sized balcony

Lack of window in bedroom 2 , main bathroom a bit tired / shower wasn’t the best .

Perfecte locatie, heel mooi uitzicht, het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, het huisje is wel gedateerd, en qua hygiëne het kon schoner. Maar zo voor 2 nachtjes was het voor ons prima. Alles werkte.

Hygiëne van de douche en keuken/ keuken bestek kon echt beter. Het was wel aan een opknap beurt toe.

The view was fabulous. It was clean and well looked after.

The location is perfect, ideal spot for going to all the tourist spots. The amenities provided were sufficient and the place was clean. Spacious house. The communication via WhatsApp is also fast. Host provided early checkin upon request. No issue with the house itself, everything was great.

We felt very uncomfortable because at the lobby and inside the lift, there were LARGE signs everywhere saying no short term stays allowed. So we felt like we were doing something wrong being there and couldn’t even dare to speak to the guard downstairs. Everytime we entered the apartment or carried our luggage in/out, we had a bitter feeling. The other inconvenience is we were not given options to store our luggage post checkout. There were literally no options for luggage storage in Kuching. As per first point, we don’t dare to ask the guard at the apartment lobby. Since our flight was a little later, we had to bring our luggage everywhere. Thank God the Borneo Cultures museum allow luggage storage at the info counter.
