"Convenient & comfortable"

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures…spotless, large, nice furnishings, comfortable bed,two bathrooms which is always appreciated. The washing machine is the easiest to operate, of all the ones I’ve used in Europe. We had a simple problem that Ivano immediately took care of. You’ll find this host to be very responsive to your questions & needs. We enjoyed our stay for the five nights we were there. Being 15mins from Lecce’s historic centre is convenient…pick up your groceries beforehand as there’s no facilities available in the community. Also, the cheapest gas in Puglia is on your way back from Lecce, don’t forget to fill up. Having secure & private parking on the premises is a good bonus. We definitely recommend this property for anyone. Thank you for a great stay Ivano.

"Living near Lecce"

The perfect apartment! Two floors are filled with a variety of original design and technical solutions. Upstairs there is a bedroom, downstairs there is a hall with a fully equipped kitchen, at the entrance there is a comfortable spacious outdoor terrace under a canopy. The room is equipped with a variety of original lamps and lighting. Convenient private parking space in the gated parking lot of the condominium. The owner is always in touch. He sent us detailed instructions in pictures on how to get the keys and enter the apartment. A nice beach in San Cataldo is 5 km away. Lecce is 4 km away. Good transport accessibility to all the places of interest in the region: Galippoli, Nardo, Galatina, Otranto, Lecce. Wi-fi worked perfectly all the time.
