Mevagissey Boutique Flatlet with sea and countryside views

'Seagulls' is in a great location up above mevagissey and with views out over the sea and the surrounding area. It has a free parking space included which is important in that area! It's a 10 minute walk down into Mevagissey and slightly longer (uphill!) coming back. It's about the same distance going the other way down into Portmellon where there's a small bay and a harbourside pub. We had a warm friendly welcome from the hosts, Sarah and Dave, who looked after us very well and were able to give us tips and advice on the area. Also a lovely welcome pack. The flat was lovely, clean and tidy and with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The weather was very good while we were there and it was a treat to be able to sit on the patio outside in the morning and enjoy the view of the sea while we had our breakfast. Brilliant when you normally live in the Midlands! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Flatlet decorated and styled with a design eye. Nothing was missing in terms of essential needs and plenty of delightful extras too.

Wonderful position and excellent apartment for a relaxing mini break. David and Sarah are attentive and caring hosts without being intrusive. All furnishings and equipment done to a very high standard. Bed so comfy. Excellent walks from the doorstep. Local pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Will return!

Superb location, outstanding flat, impeccable hosts and good value for money. Our thanks to Sarah and Dave who ensured our short 3 day break was immensely enjoyable. The flat was ideally located above Mevagissy harbour for both our visits to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. In the evenings we walked the short distance into Mevagissy to enjoy the local restaurants and pubs. We returned home refreshed and invigorated by the experience. We shall be back.

Fabulous in one word - for once photos of the property online were actually representative of what you get - Sarah and David have thought of everything - cant recommend highly enough, we will be back for sure! Stunning location, easy access to Mevagissy and Port Mellon.

Nothing of any note at all!

Location was ideal. Spent two days supporting our daughters family who were staying nearby in St Ewe.

Nothing to dislike apart from frustration and inconvenience of rather a lot of Road works around St Austel and Polzeath.
