Brilliant thanks. We had everything we needed. Cosy, clean, comfortable. Centrally located. A short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Very close to Pier Head and bus station and Liverpool One. Very happy and satisfied. No need to look any further for next time. Thankyou for makeing this trip memorable. A great stay

Area

Blinds. Broke all door handles broke insufficient heating , TV stopped working at 10 pm for the night , hot water stoped on. Bath , jacuzzi bubbles didn't work lift was v small

Lovely modern apartment, everything we needed for a lovely family break. Really liked the code idea to get into apartment, having no key or card was a lot easier.

Parking is a bit of a pain but we understood this beforehand.

"On a hen do, a group of 11. 6 of us stayed over. Apartment was just right the for us. Had all the facilities we needed."

Close to everything, so very convenient. Had everything you needed for a stay away.

The only thing we struggled with was locking the door when leaving for the night out. Thankfully we had no valuables, but the door was left unlocked.

"Average property if you don’t mind the noise."

Location at the heart of the city. Spacious apartment.

Very loud noises from the bottles-bin collection at 5 am. This happened 2x during the stay and woke us up from sleep. There is an ongoing humming due to the air conditioning units of the neighboring buildings. No view as the apartment number 10 is facing the inner service street. Missing some basics in the kitchen.

"Great location, clean and comfortable"

Good location. Comfortable beds Lounge area with Tv to keep the kids entertained Kitchen facilities were good so we were able to make breakfast. Everything was mainly clean

There were a few things not in great working order when we arrived. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our 3 heavy suitcases up to the top floor!! It was a very hot day in Liverpool and the apartment was extremely warm. We had to keep the fans on all night of which there were two and one of them was broken.
