Very very good

Stayed 1 night in double private as no lower bunk beds available. Steep climb of stairs to private rooms, but staff kindly helped with my bag. Sadly, the shower didn't work, and no staff were available from 9 pm to 8 am, but the bed was very comfy. The dorm rooms are on the ground floor. The beds are very comfy, private with light and power. Large locker with padlock. Kettle in each dorm to make drinks.

The staff are very warm and friendly. They assisted me with my needs, especially in the early morning when I needed to borrow a spoon and a glass for coffee. The bed was comfortable, I slept well during my overnight stay. For a budget hotel, I would say I had a pleasant stay here if you need a place to sleep for the night. Also, the location was great. It is walking distance to Dmall.

I booked a shared bedroom. There are times when other guests are noisy, I know it can't be helped. Other than that, my stay was great.

Room is clean and smells really nice. Beds are very comfortable like the ones found in big hotels. It’s feels like not a budget hotel. You’re getting more on your money’s worth. The staff is really welcoming and accommodating.

You need to climb a few flight of stairs to get to your rooms.
