I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this property booked through Booking.com. The booking was shown as confirmed on Booking.com, and the listing clearly indicated free cancellation. To avoid any issues, I called the property one day before my check-in date, and they explicitly confirmed that my booking was valid and that I could arrive at the scheduled check-in time. However, when I reached the destination, I discovered that the location provided on Booking.com and Google Maps was incorrect and differed by almost 1 km. While standing on the road with my luggage, I called the property manager using the contact number provided on Booking.com. The first person I spoke with, named Girish, informed me that the property was sold out and that there was no booking under my name. When I repeatedly requested the correct location, explaining that I was stranded with my luggage, he refused to provide it, saying that since there was no confirmed booking and no room available, there was no point in sharing the location. He then stated that his colleague would call me and abruptly disconnected the call. Another person named Parvar then called me and repeated the same statement that the property was sold out and that another colleague would contact me. This happened multiple times, with calls being continuously diverted from one person to another without any resolution. Eventually, I arranged a conference call with both of them, but neither provided a clear explanation. They claimed that someone named Ankur had spoken to me the previous day. When I finally reached the property with the help of maps and local assistance, the security staff informed me that my name was not on the guest list and provided Ankur's contact number. When I spoke with Ankur, he completely denied having spoken to me the previous day. His behavior was highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

Very disappointing experience. The booking showed as “confirmed” on the app, but the hotel never sent any payment link, confirmation message, check-in details, or any communication whatsoever. On top of that, the property was extremely difficult to locate. When we finally reached, we were suddenly informed that there was no room available for us, despite having a confirmed booking. We were left stranded and had to urgently book another place at the last minute. Highly unprofessional management and very poor coordination. Would not recommend.

The location of the resort is near to candolim market which makes it easily accessible, near to Nerul river which gives it a scenic view, but the size of the room was small compared to similar priced hotels, which was a disappointment for me.

Without any hesitation i would like to say the behaviour of staff was really good

I loved the mangroves area in the river at the back, it was so calm and cool there, even in April, that's what mangroves do, act like a natural cooler. I loved the fact that how this resort is coexisting with nature without really harming it.
