A quaint place hidden in a street of candolim.. it is a new property well maintained and very comfortable to stay.. Will definitely visit again.. thank you

Early check-in was a little hassle as all rooms were booked, but the room was ready by 12 pm

It’s a new property looks exactly same as shown in images. Pleasant vibes, good and very polite staff. Highly Recommended if you wanna stay in silent beautiful location and little far from beach.

"True to its Name"

You get what you see online. Limited Cottages for people who love serene, calm & tranquility...... Great food.. boys at the property were on toes with their service.... amazing tea.. Every detailing into the property, & Cottages were well thought and executed for comfort & privacy too. We drove from Karnataka for a 12 hour long stretch & checked-in to a welcoming, unwinding, relaxing place. We could instantly unpack, have chai & snacks, got ready to visit candolim just 2 km from the resort. City Centre, Miramar Beach, Candolim.... everything was few minutes drive and though the property is filled with real plants, & on the river back waters, there were hardly disturbing insects or mosquitos. People did keep a check on spreading the repellents. 2 nights 3 days was super pleasant and hope people / guests maintain the beauty of this place and not litter.

Nothing to complain..... we were welcomed, treated & bid bye well.... with care

The place is amazing like i have no words... the staff , the food , the place is fantastic... like we literally feel amazing..... the view was awsome from tha house... we really feel like our home... we extended our stay from 2 days to 6 days... must must go this place 😍😍 If you want peace and happiness then please visit this place...its so so so so so so much amazing ...😍😍 I am in love with this place & food... everything is nice means 2000% sure that if you visit you will be satisfy... cleaning , staff behavior is very supportive and smiling face...☺️😍❤️ Really it was nice visit in my life... Please visit guys... and stay here definitely you will be Happiest... ❤️
