Important: We’re committed to protecting our property and neighbors, which is why we use Truvi for guest screening. After booking, the lead guest must complete Truvi ID verification and electronically sign our rental agreement before check-in/access details are issued. No unregistered guests/visitors without prior approval. No smoking or vaping (including e-cigarets), including out windows or on the balcony. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning to the apartment and communal/shared areas (e.g., entrance, halls/hallways, elevators/elevators, stairwells/landings), including any reasonable charges we incur from building management.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
