"Disappointing service and cleanliness from faceless management company."

Good size apartment with separate toilet and bathroom

Dirty bedding and towels on arrival, despite cleaners coming to double check that everything was done after we had checked in. Paid for early arrival at 2pm and yet took until 6:45pm for sheets to be changed. Requested refund for early check-in but silence from the management company. Really poor.

"To prepare food properly, there is nothing there. There's not enough utensils. Deposit 100 euros and it takes a long"

1) nice balcony

The apartment is horrible! Minuses: 1) water leaks from the refrigerator 2) dishwasher does not wash 3) sink does not drain water 4) there is nothing to live with children, no utensils 5) elementary there is nothing to cook on 6) the apartment is broken inside 7) for such a price of rent, we did not have toilet paper and all detergents. Conclusion: for a comfortable life for more than one night is not suitable!

"Nice apartment but super dirty"

Location and design of the apartment

The apartment is beautiful but it was very dirty. I spoke to the owner it seems he was not aware of how dirty it is since the cleaning company supposedly keeps it clean. it was filthy and disgusting.

"I would like to come back"

Very nice apartment. Quiet place, signing birds :) Everything is the same as on the pictures. Very nice kids room, even some toys were available, this helped. A lot of towels. Kitchen is also pretty good as well as dining room. Nothing to complain, except security payment

"nice family place"

Very easy to reach by car and public transport. Allocated parking space, quiet and well equipped flat with a lot of storage space Building has its own park. Shop downstairs. A lot of space and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Separate toilet.

Some things got worn out or lightly broken and might use replacement or fixing (balcony sofa). warning: many wardrobes means many places for the kids to hide.

"Pleasant"

The apartment is very nice for 5 people 3 kids and adults. Thank you for parking spot in garage, it was really helpful and convenient . Apartment at great location near the ice arena even for longer stay with restaurants and shops in the building.

We faced first issue with absence of air conditioning! but it might be my fault, maybe i have not checked the description of the apartment. But it was very hot during our stay in july and no vent or air conditioning is a problem. Second we faced the issue with only one key available, and because we have few kids we could not manage the timing of getting to and out of apartment of everyone at different time. Third, for 50 euro cleaning , the cleaning could have been done better, the owner got the pictures.
