Privacy of bathroom, in bathroom there is a ventilation window open in some area of the property, the area inside the bathroom is visible from that area and the terrace (though I am not sure if that area and terrace is accessible to humans. But for comfort and assurance it is good to cover the ventilation window in such a way that it can serve its purpose while the area inside the bathroom is not visible from outside

Basics facilities could have been included like tv, transportation facilities, ambience is not quite like noise outside of your room can disturb your night sleep if someone adjacent to your room is not sleeping and making noise
