"A very agreeable stay"

The hosts and the room were very nice. They opened a restaurant with rice and curry which was very good (~8000lkr for 4). The terrace is very agreeable. I would recommend strongly!

No closets or chairs or coat hangers in the room so good for one night if you are 4 but a bit complicated if more nights. The hosts were very nice but a little too present, especially during dinner.

The best facilities I’ve experienced in Sri Lanka. It’s recently renovated and very fresh. The beds were really good and the outdoor seating area is calm and beautiful. It’s located in a very calm and friendly area, within walking distance to Habarana.

The hosts are a lovely elderly couple who, unfortunately, came across as quite intimidating to me. The called and messaged me the day before my arrival, pushing me to make up my plans for the days I was staying with them. Once I got there they continuously kept asking about my plans, eager to make sure I had heaps to do the next day. However, I’m sure it was all well-meant as they made me feel very welcomed and treated well during dinner and breakfast.

"Great experience in a very useful location for both safari and visiting sigiriya."

Very clean and comfortable - hosts were very willing to assist with anything we needed. We’re able to organise a safari and transport from sigiriya. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty, would recommend the rice and curry.

"Very nice and good for a short visit"

It was cute and cheap. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and service oriented

There was a bit too hot in the room, and it could have been nice with a mini fridge. But it was good enough for the price and fine for a short visit
