Cleanliness, front desk staff, the private pool, location. Two full bathrooms, one in apartment, one on sixth floor by the pool. Perfect Place has a real gem in Roberto. he went out of his way to be helpful. The cleaning staff who kept the building spotless.

Our stay was for two weeks. Lack of umbrella by private pool when we arrived, and the two days it took to get one. Lack of small table in-between patio lounge chairs as shown in sales listing, which took a week to get. Lack of working Internet by private pool due to defective modem/router, which also took a week to get. Patio chairs on patio overlooking the street, we thought were uncomfortable, and would be more functional as beach chairs. Due to their height, and laid back design, they take up quite a bit of room on an already tiny patio. Lack of a handrail, or pole down the center of the spiral staircase that access's the 6th floor private pool. None of the negatives in any way ruined a great stay at Perfect Place. Overall, we loved our two week stay, and will come again.

The penthouse was absolutely a dream. Very exclusive feel without the exclusive costs. Very accessible to everything

True it was not a major issue but there were some items that were broken such as the pool deck umbrella and the coffee filter pod but other than that it was perfect

Everything. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find anything you need there. It's very modern. The best thing was the private swimming pool.
