The location is really good and the price is good; it is a lot of space. However there were way too many rules of what we could and couldn't do, and these were not discussed on the property listing prior to booking. For example, rules about not being able to take baths, not being able to use the dryer (even though it is listed as an amenity on the listing), really threw us off. Additionally, the house was incredibly cold, but no heater available in the upstairs part of the house. We had a heater in the downstairs area, in the living room, but was told not to move it and to turn it off at night. Again, just rules that were added after the booking, which made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The cottage was greatly furnitured with marine taste, fully equipped (with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge), the view was great on the sea, with direct access to the beach, in a quiet and elegant part of the city.

During cold season it was a bit cold.
