Bon emplacement, proche de la station du ferry pour aller a Lisbonne.

UNE HORREUR !!! TOUS LES SOIRS DES COUPS VENANT DU PLAFOND, DES HURLEMENTS, DES ENFANTS QUI COURENT LE LONG DU COULOIR ET QUI TAPENT PARTOUT JUSTE AU DESSUS JUSQU'A POINT D'HEURE (parfois jusqu'a 1H du matin, VOIR PLUS!!!), impossible de dormir avant 1H du matin. Matelas du lit en 140 de large le matelas était vraiment très dur et inconfortable. Autre probleme : IMPOSSIBLE de faire fonctionner la télécommande du téléviseur (en panne/ défectueuse). La porte de la loggia est cassé et ne peut se fermer, la hotte dans la cuisine ne fonctionne pas. ET chose importante, la clef de la porte d'entré dans l'immeuble est très compliqué a faire fonctionner, dur a manipuler dans la serrure ( parfois plus de 10 mn a tenter d'ouvrir la porte en bas de l'immeuble ou attendre une personne qui ouvre... ODEUR NAUSÉABONDE DANS LE FRIGIDAIRE LORS DE NÔTRE ARRIVÉE DANS L'APPARTEMENT (odeur de viande pourrie)...

La grandeur des pièces .. le wifi . La proximité d'une supérette Auchan .

Draps propres mais présentant des taches. Manque de petites cuillères bols et tasses pour 4 personnes dans la cuisine. Hotte aspirante non fonctionnelle. Porte du balcon qui ne fermait pas correctement. Bruit permanent de la circulation dans la rue, jour et nuit, gênant pour le repos. L’installation d’une climatisation permettrait de dormir fenêtres fermées, limitant ainsi le bruit extérieur et améliorant la qualité du sommeil. Et changer la literie serait un plus !!

Séjour très agréable, appartement très propre et très bien situé. Hôte très accueillante et à l’écoute. Seul petit bémol voisins du dessus trop bruyant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We loved our stay at beguest tejo river in Almada! The apartment was amazing , near to all supermarkets, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry to Lisbon! It was so convenient that almost every day we were going to Lisbon and enjoyed relaxed its beauty. Buses and tram were only 3 minutes away and we used them everyday. We have no words to express our gratitude to Monica, the host, oh my, that lady is a gem!!! She gave us mmediately all the information and we found really easily the accomodation the first day. She waited us and showed us everything in the apartment and around and whenever we needed her she was available with her kindness, positivity, presense, solutions or information!!☺️🤩The apartment is big, convenient, very clean ans has all the necessary facilities! The cleaning staff was also very fast anddescrete. We stayed for almost one month and if it were to go again to portugal we will for sure stay again there! Really , really good deal! 🥰🥰🥰

We had a stroller for the baby and there was no elevator. The apartment was on the first floor and there were not many stairs , so it was not such a problem and we managed it quite easily. We just write it for information 😍

Gostamos da localização, é excelente, tem muitos serviços ao redor, o apartamento tem tudo o que uma família precisa para passar uns dias, super confortável e espaçoso.

Falta de aquecimento, a única recomendação seria mesmo um aquecedor em cada quarto e talvez mais roupa de cama, nestes dias frios em Lisboa.
