The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the room was clean and spacious.

The people upstairs made a lot of noise, more than likely kids jumping around.

The bathroom floor was extremely dirty; water spilled from the shower and when I tried to clean it with a cloth, the cloth turned black because it was so dirty. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the shower water didn't get hot enough, and the bedroom floor was sticky and greasy.
