Central location, beautiful place, nice pool

Check in was confusing, lack of onsite service.

The water was cold, the drain in the bedroom smelled very badly of excrement. There was no map of the complex to find our way about. Mostly we had a lovely time but it could have been better.

To be really honest, nothing at all.. from the moment we arrived this was a nightmare!

Where to start? - The Wifi network is NOT working, this is normal if you are to cheap to get Wifi in the apartment, and you make people use the Wifi of the bottom floor... - The showers are cold, and if you're lucky they get a bit warm, but back cold... our 8 month old got sick, and we had to go to emergencies the day of check-out... - Up on arrival, although we paid for 3 rooms, only 2 rooms where ready... then we had to negotiate to get it ready, and for a refund it was 4 days of negotiations... to get 2 nights refunded, although we where 4 nights without the 3th room... - The washing machine, as mentioned in the adds, was not working, not even connected. I ended up connecting it myself. - The room was very dirty, although it seemed to me to be a brand new Appartment, even te cleaning lady said "the Appartment is new, and not ready for rent" - They, property manager, cleaning staff, repair staff, entered our apartment multiple times, without notifying... - Lot's of ants in the apartment Overal they played the game really well, at some point they even convinced booking.com (who was NOT helpful at all) that it was all miscommunication... but miscommunication for 5-6 days to get the apartment in order? Seems a bit too much to me, and even tho we asked, up until we left the apartment did not even have curtains, great for people who like to wake up early.

Alma, the property manager, was responsive, accommodating. The AC and fans were great Unit was new and clean.

Location was perfect if you’re going to be moving around the area and visiting all the parks in the neighbourhood.

No reception in bottom floor. Non. Whatsoever.
