スタッフ。 セルフチェックイン、アウトだったとしても、目の前に客がいるのに無言。 出かける時も、行ってらっしゃい、おかえり等の声がけが一切なし。

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station

No breakfast room, breakfast was a bento box. We had to pick up our towels at the reception. They were not very helpful.
