Beautiful cabin. It had everything we needed and lots of activities to keep the kids entertained.

The communication throughout the stay was phenomenal. Any impromptu question was addressed by concierge immediately, even outside of normal business hours.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was exactly as posted and the comfort of the furnishings exceeded expectations.

The location, the setting, interior. Loved everything about it. Had everything we needed plus more. The house was very beautiful.

The road going to the property was a little scary. If the weather had been bad, we might not have been able to get to the house. I know the area if under construction so hopefully in the future it will be better.

So many things! The entertainment inside the cabin was probably our favorite (movie room, pool, arcade games, etc.). We traveled with 4 adults in their 30s and kids aged 23 months, 6, 8, and 12 years old. EVERYONE enjoyed themselves and was able to keep themselves entertained. There were nice size flat screen TVs in just about every room, if not every room which I don’t typically see in most cabins. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the utensils and cookware that we needed. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom along with 2 other half baths in the cabin. There was access to the patio on every floor in the cabin, which was nice. We also loved that it only took 7 minutes to drive to downtown Gatlinburg! (Keep in mind it will take you at least 20-30 minutes most times of the day to get back to your cabin, but that’s just what comes with the territory of making the choice to visit downtown Gatlinburg which is a crowded/tourist place). We didn’t mind at all though. The rental staff was also very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we were having a great time. My family would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Honestly, we enjoyed everything. The outside lights on the middle floor didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us at all. The rental company did send someone to try and fix the issue as they were already aware of this and communicated this issue to us before getting in the cabin.
