Amazing character property

The hot water for the shower needs time to build up, which can be tricky with 3 people needing to shower

"Perfect Italian experience"

10.0

This is an unforgettable place to stay. It had more than we expected. Beautiful apartment with spaciousness and amazing decor and everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Coffee machine a huge bonus and thoughtful snacks and drinks that we really appreciated The village atmosphere was a wonderful Italian experience and a short walk to everything we needed. We had dinner close by, where we were treated like family. Guido and Caterina are perfect hosts, this accommodation is more than just a place to stay, it is an experience not to be missed.

"Perferct local experience in old all stone city"

10.0

Location is perfect. The apartment located in the center of beautiful old town. People were nice and friendly. Host met us at the parking and handed over his own parking permission at the center of the city. All in all it was very local experience. Host is very nice person! The city is also 30 mins to drive to the sea.

Minor thing, last kilometer to Sermoneta is steep and curvy, but we took it as additional experience and fun

"The place is so comfortable, authentic. Very kind and generous host!"

10.0

This is a home more than a rental apartment and my host truly made me feel like a member of the family. There was enough new food purchased and left for me in the fridge and on the counter that I could have stayed for a week and not eaten out! The apartment is in a former church and the stunning plaster decorations on the ceiling harken back to the days long ago. There were 3 bedrooms, sleeping at least 5, a formal dining room, a living room, a well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, and homely decorations to make it feel personal. There’s even a turret! I would defiantly stay here again and loved wandering the streets and alleyways. A highlight of my trip!

Nothing!

"The best place I've e ever been"

10.0

Anything I say will be little compared to reality. You have to experience it to understand it. Definitely a dream place. Both the host (Guido) and the appartment are perfect. I highly recommend this place. Believe me, you will not regret it.

Nothing, everything was perfect. I can confirm without any doubt that is the best place I've ever been. Guido was an amazing host, kind and extremely helpful. The house is amazing, full of history, art and perfectly equipped. Guido was so kind that he even left us an impressive variety of food for our delight.

"truly wonderful! (both Guido’s property and Sermoneta as a whole)"

10.0

We had been looking for nothing fancier than a quiet and clean place to spend a night within an hour’s worth of driving from Rome airport (we were coming back from Calabria) so we could comfortably make our late morning flight back to the States. Instead, we found Guido’s amazing place: comfortable, extraordinarily well appointed, quiet and full of personality. We wish we could stay longer. As for Sermoneta itself, it’s a delightful 12th century hilltop town with amazing views over the Anzio plain. It’s as beautiful, cute, well preserved and idiosyncratic as San Gimignano or Casertavecchia, without any crowds. Getting in, including parking, was easy and straightforward. Guido met us in the parking lot and insisted on helping us take our heavy suitcases to the apartment, despite our protestations. Communication was easy and prompt. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Come check this place out!
