Galaxy Beach Hotel Alanya

The personel was sooooo welcomming! Aircon worked like a charm and the pool was very nice.

Most of the personel do not speak English and a bit hard to communicate with them. The food is very poor, The pool closes early and the bar is not open all the time and also closes a bit early. All sun beds are always reserved with towls for people that are not even at the pool. Also this place does not improve based on feed from last year.

Personalul de la restaurant și curățenie este de nota 11. Muncesc pe rupte,pentru ca noi sa ne simțim bine. Hotelul în sine si camerele,arata ca un hotel de 3 stele. Nu știu cum a primit 4 stele. AC a funcționat bine. Este curat în camere.

Nu au parcare,deși scrie ca au. Parchezi pe unde găsești. Nu exista locuri de parcare. în fata sau spatele hotelului. TV cu 5 programe si diagonala mica,sub 80.. Dacă nu ești turc nu ai ce sa vezi. Mancarea aceeași cam în fiecare zi. Pește nu am primit decât o data în 10 zile,deși la un alt hotel de 3 stele am primit de 2 ori,în aceeași perioada. În fiecare zi orez,paste și ardei umpluți.. Au mai avut cârnați de miel,pe care nu i-am putut manca.Mai dau un fel de șnițele congelate.Mancarea este suficienta,dar ieftina și nu de calitate. Berea,vinul alb și rosu ,de proasta calitate,ca și sucurile de la dozator. Salatele sunt chiar aceleasi în fiecare zi,de genul rosii simple,rosii cu castraveți,rosii cu ceapa,castraveți simpli,rosii cu varza alba,rosii cu varza mov,salata verde,,porumb,ceapa simpla,tatzichi,,rosii cu ardei iute și murături..Nu am văzut salate de vinete sau alte salate sofisticate,ca la alte hoteluri. Mai ales umbrelele sunt niste rable.Plaja are sezlonguri și umbrele insuficiente și uzate. În apa marii sunt pietre. Fără pantofi speciali,nu poți sa intri. Pe plaja au. gratuit sucuri,apa,ceai,cafea de la dozator. Restul cu bani. Internetul la hotel se plateste,3 euro pe zi. Jumătate din turiști sunt români.

The hotel is a good choice for those who don’t have luxury expectations. Rooms are modest/standard, but clean and comfortable. Food: You won’t go hungry — there’s a selection of vegetables and fruits, meat, desserts, and side dishes. Drinks: Instant coffee (variety available), carbonated drinks, juices, beer, and spirits. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the waiters — we were with kids, the little one is 2 years old and very active and careless. Almost every day she spilled her juice, and the waiters helped us every time we asked (I was going to rate it an 8, but I’m giving it a 9 just because of them).

Not enough sunbeds at the pool for all the tourists, and not enough seats on the terrace either. The sea has a difficult entry, with large slippery rocks and big waves (compared to other beaches).

The personal was super awesome and always happy! Block A (main hotel) is nice and also the rooms.

Block B is not a nice place to stay if you like to see the pool and/or the sea. The poolbar was closed in fixed scedules. It should be open without breaks (dinner etc)

The hotel have everything you need. I stayed with my wife and 2 small kids. Its budget hotel, but have everuthing. The staff are very pleasent, and ready to help. The vuiew from the balkony are perfect, we were in room 409, if you can, pick that room. When i visit Alanya next time, i will book this hotel again!

First thing is the internet. Free wifi is only at the loby of hotel, near reception. If you want internet in the room, must pay 3e/day. In my case, i payed internet in the room but didnt have, becouse some router was missing.I sugest to buy turkey sim card for 30e and you will have internet like at home. The Hotel are old, the cleanles is not on the highest level.
