This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in an online check-in form and upload a photo of the ID of the lead guest before checking in. Our T&Cs must be agreed on in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled out at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen changes (frequency to be agreed upon depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days from check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
