Five Seasons Zanzibar opposite Mnemba island Hotel

What a beautiful place at such a beautiful location!!😍 Would definitely recommend anyone!

The property is close to one of the island’s most stunning beaches, about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute ride with the complimentary bicycle. The staff was kind and proactive, always addressing any infrastructure issues promptly. They were also very generous and flexible with my checkout time. The location is very peaceful, offering great views and a lovely pool. The Wi-Fi works well, except during blackouts.

Payment: I was initially surprised to learn that credit card payments weren't accepted, as this wasn't clear during my reservation. However, after some discussion, the staff provided an alternative link for credit card payment. Infrastructure: After a rainstorm, water leaked into my room, which I had to clean up myself. The staff kindly addressed the issue the next day. Frequent power outages were a significant problem, occurring over ten times a day, with some lasting up to four hours. Bring power banks. Room cleaning is not provided daily and must be requested. Location: The hotel is quite isolated. While it's near one of the island's most beautiful beaches, you'll need a car to access amenities like supermarkets and others.

I would like to mention the excellent work of the staff. The food is very tasty . the beach is very steep, but it is a seven-minute walk or three minutes by bike. the excursion to Mnemba was unforgettable and the hotel staff were able to organize it efficiently. great memories . thanks

It was a big apartment and the dinner and breakfast was good and enough.

The WiFi didn’t work at all - there were many different WiFi options - I got the password but even with the password it always kicked me out. My mobile network didn’t work at that place so it was a bit of a hustle. It seems like the hotel is new, one building is still under construction and somehow the organization of the booking seemed a bit chaotic. Even the taxi driver who was booked by the hotel couldn’t find the place - we asked some people around the hotel (which worked in the hotel as I found out later) but they seemed not really motivated… In the bathroom was no option to hang the towel, also the pressure of the shower and the flush of the toilet didn’t work great. But I’m sure once everything is fixed and the hotel is ready, it will be fine.

All good. Great location - a quick drive or short walk to the gorgeous beach. The apartments are simple but comfortable, with a nice view of the ocean from the terrace. The owners and managers are very helpful people. They are always ready to help with the organization of leisure and entertainment. Recommended!

Muyuni is the best region of Zanzibar island. Near the apartments there is an amazing beach. The staff is friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. Solar panels provide uninterrupted electricity, unlike government electricity supply.

It’s very near to mnemba beach,you can go to dolphin tour very quickly,and they have very good view of ocean,they help me a lot,whatever you want to do,they will do their best to help you,Elizabeth always Very thoughtful and careful, Everywhere is very clean,you can enjoy a good time here,it’s worth it.
